Carnamah falls within the Geraldton catchment for this free regional developmental service. It supports country WA children under 16 who have an eligible Medicare card and a developmental delay or concern; a diagnosis is not required. Carer Gateway

Parents and other unpaid carers looking after a child with disability or a long-term condition can seek Australian Government-funded support by phone or online. Depending on eligibility, this may include counselling, coaching, peer groups, respite information and tailored support packages. Call 1800 422 737, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Desert Blue Connect – Children & Mature Minor Rural Counselling

This free, confidential service operates across the North Midlands, including Carnamah. It assists children, young people and mature minors affected by family and domestic violence or sexual abuse, as well as those displaying problematic or abusive sexualised behaviours.
